Facility Manager
Progressive Retail Management – Denver, CO
Roles and Responsibilities: • Proactive facilities management service delivery • Manage the Demand and Preventative Maintenance Program for all Retail stores (currently 54). This includes but not limited to HVAC, Fire Safety, store and equipment maintenance • Support proactive identification of facility opportunities, issues and risks through analytics and routine accountability • Review and approve maintenance proposals. • Partner with internal teams to communicate store facilities work order scheduling. • Support FM activity alignment with the retail strategy and store remodeling construction project efforts • Manage weekend Emergency service calls. • Prepare Scope of Work for Special Projects at existing store facilities. • Support development and management of operating expense budget • Act as the single point of contact and provide supervision for our Vendor/Supplier base. Deliver 100% satisfaction on projects. • Provide timely follow up with all internal teams, vendors and contractors on issues related to maintenance and special projects. • Maintain a cooperative network with industry colleagues and competitors to constantly evaluate and build on “Best Practices

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • 3-5 years of construction and/or facilities management or a related field preferred • Proven track record as a self-starter with experience managing daily tasks and workload from a remote location • CAD experience helpful but not required • Working knowledge of the and Construction industry • Hands on experience in preparation of the scope of work and pricing schedules • Ability to listen and communicate with internal teams and outside vendors, consultants and contractors. • Flexibility to shift focus and priorities • Highly efficient in communication and organizational skills • Attentive in overseeing contractors and vendors • Experience in preparing final punch list and close-out of all projects • Proficient in Microsoft office applications with emphasis in Excel, Word • Minimal travel required • Candidate is subject to pre-employment, background and motor vehicle screening.
